We had the chance to go to New Orleans this past New Year for the Sugar Bowl where the Florida Gators played against the Cincinnati Bearcats. My wife and I had the awesome opportunity to find this place to eat ... only because there was a big 'ol line out front. We stood for about 1 hour in line and it was well worth it. If you make it out to New Orleans you MUST make a stop at this place! Their signature dish is the Chef Omelette, at about a foot long and 6 inches wide with Chili on top. It will make you believe in God. Promise.
